Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:

 If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment in order for us to issue you a Return Authorization.

• All packaging contents must be returned, including cardboard inserts, clips, hooks, etc. Package and items must be in brand new condition.
• Items need to be shipped back to Editex at your expense.
• Please include a copy of your order or a packing list.
• Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
• Upon arrival at our warehouse, your item will be inspected for quality and re-salability, and upon approval, we will process your refund through the payment method used at the time of purchase. (The refund will be the price of the item, but will not include the shipping charges.)
• Please note that any merchandise returned without original packaging materials will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

 (Please note that during the manufacturing & packing process some items are folded in a way that may result in creases and wrinkles when unpacked. This may be minor, where there is no need to do anything; however, as an option, in order to enhance your experience, in certain situations, you may consider using an iron on low, warm setting on the reverse side of the product.)
